We would like to Welcome new and existing guests to our 3 Bedroom swift Bordeaux caravan with a wrap around gated decking and beautiful sea views on Devon Cliffs Sandy Bay.

TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2024 Easter and October halfterm remain available all other school holidays and bank holidays are booked.

We normally do Friday to Monday and/or Monday to Friday bookings but we will consider Saturday to Saturday if dates are available. If your interested in booking a holiday Don’t leave it too late £50 deposit secures your booking.

We do our own cleaning so we know we leave it clean and tidy for everyone. It comfortably sleeps 6. Pet and smoke/vape free. The lounge area has double patio doors leading to the patio area with furniture and a storage box with Beach games, footballs, buckets and spades, body board, bat and balls also a windbreak. It has a 32 inch smart Tv/Dvd with an assortment of Dvds, games and books for both children and adults. There is a 2 and 3 seater sofa, coffee table and a lovely living flame electric fire. The caravan is also double glazed and centrally heated with the heating controlled by a thermostat. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs also. High chair available. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated fridge and freezer. It is well equipped with hopefully all you need including childrens dishes and cutlery. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and comfortable beds with mattress toppers and protectors and reading lights above the bed. The double bedroom also has a mattress topper and protector with a double wardrobe and drawers and dressing table area. It has a television and Dvd. It is also ensuite. We do have two travel cots available one of which comfortably fits in the master Bedroom. We also provide some lap blankets for those chilly evenings on the decking. The twin bedrooms also have toppers. Protectors on the bed and pillows. These are checked every changeover to guarantee you a lovely clean bed. The Bathroom has a double walk in shower and also has a shaver point with light also a bathroom cabinet and storage around the sink pedestal. We are no smoking or pets.
